Winner of the 9th edition of talented kids, championed by media network, TV3 has refuted claims that he is a copy of one of Ghana’s best rappers, Sarkodie.

The young rapper in an interview with Sammy Flex on Showbiz Agenda responded to claims that he won the competition because he imitated the style of the King of rap.

According to him, he is an original artist and his craft on stage and in the studio combined with his level of confidence proves it.

“I am not a copy of Sarkodie. I am very original. My craft on stage, my confidence, my appearance, my looks are all different”, he stated.

Though Samuel has described Sarkodie in several previous interviews as his muse during the competition, he mentioned Sarkcess Music signee, Strongman as his mentor.

Both hailing from Kumasi, Samuel disclosed that Strongman’s swag, punch lines and many other attributes of his brand motivated him, long before he joined the competition.
