Ghana Export Promotion Authority Allegedly Paid Yaw Pare GHS 100,000 For A 3-Minute Video Commercial

An invoice of a video services job carried out by Yaw Pare for a governmental organisation, the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA) has allegedly been leaked. The invoice was dated March 10, 2019.

On the invoice, Yaw Pare charged the Ghana Export Promotion Authority an amount of GHC 100,000.00 for a 1 and 3 minutes video commercial.

Whereas a number of Ghanaians have argued that it is wrong for a governmental organisation to pay such an amount for a 1 and 3 minutes video commercial, some also argue that there is nothing wrong with the amount charged for the work done.

According to them, there’s nothing wrong with the organisation paying such an amount for a quality job.
